IWMW Empower the future today webinar held on March 8, 2021

Igbo women movement worldwide joined the fellow women accross the globe to make the International Women's Day 2o21 on Monday 8th March. The trend-setting organisation brought together eminent and successful Igbo personalities to share their experiences, insights and ideas in a webinar themed 'Entrepreneurship for Youth Empowerment'. The webinar featured Mr Chukwuemeka Obinwugo, founder of Obinwugo Farms, Writer and Entrepreneur who tasked Igbo youths in his paper 'Ijele Nwanyi' to uphold the Igbo spirit of excellence and exceptionality in all their endeavours. In her address, the Convener, IWMW Adaigbo Gburugburu welcomed the participants and thanked the presenters for being part of the memorable event. She shared her experiences sujourning into entrepreneurship as an immigrant in France. similarly, the executive Director, Dr.Nkeiruka N Onyia, welcomed participants to the webinar and presented some insight into 'Coding the digital skill for an empowered future'. Other presenters included Nollywood actress Love Mba who shared some useful tips on leveraging social media as a tool for youth empowerment.
